Posted by Random-Her03 - April 10th, 2008

ok so i'm making the last scene for my newest flash and i extract the whole movie
and i always watch it to see if there are any problems
well it plays well through most of the movie then during the middle of the last scene it jst stops playing and stays on the frame it last showed!
i have no idea whats going on and its perfect timing when im about 95% done too!
if anybody knows what is happening and knows how to fix it PLEASE notify me right away! i'd really appriciate it!
im begging you guys!
PLEASE HELP ME OUT!

Check if there's not a "stop()" script when it stops. That's the only explanation.

You didn't hit the 160,000 frame limit, did you?

the flash does go close to 10 mins
but 160,000 frames sounds really huge... well im gonna take out a couple of scenes and see the results.

Well, just to do some quick math for you, if you have a movie that is ten minutes long at 20 fps, that means that you already have 12,000 frames if you're only using one layer.

That means that you could only have thirteen layers.

I'm working on my own sprite flash right now. Believe me, it's easy as hell to hit that limit.

you were right
i took out a couple of scenes and now it plays the rest of the last scene
i guess i gotta make some sacrifices for this flash to fully play
